Cancellation policy

At A Jump into Lugano, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both guests and property owners.

Free Cancellation

• Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days (2 weeks) before the scheduled arrival date.

Late Cancellation

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.

No-Show & Early Departure

• In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
• If the guest departs earlier than planned, no refund will be issued for unused nights.

Cancellation Procedure

• All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or message to be considered valid.
• The cancellation date is the date on which we receive the written notice.



Important Notes & Recommendations

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
• Special offers or discounted rates may be subject to different cancellation conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
• The cancellation policy applies equally to bookings made directly through our website or via authorized booking platforms, unless otherwise specified.
